Hi, my name is Marek Zahorec and I make music that I’ve always loved listening to.
There’s no strict genre or formula — just sounds that feel honest and real to me. I started Chapter 13 in 2023 as a way to channel everything I’ve carried with me over the years: emotions, questions, memories, and the raw energy of music that speaks louder than words.
Even though it’s a solo project, I work with talented session musicians who help bring these songs to life. Together, we created the debut album Long Forgotten Son (2024), where I explored themes like identity and self-discovery. The journey continues with Saints & Sinners (2025), diving into faith, personal struggles, and change — all the messy, human stuff.
At the end of the day, Chapter 13 is just me trying to make sense of the world through music — and maybe help you feel a little less alone in yours.
